Overview of the HubStor End User Portal


The HubStor End User Portal provides Web-based access to archived content so that users can access data in which they have access to. 

Signing In

In order to access the portal, the administrator must enable this option.  To login, simply use your email address and domain password.  

The portal is accessed via the following URL:  https://customername-azureregion-onhubstor.azurewebsites.net/User

Once logged in, the page will look as such:



The default view will be My Content with a list of all the Stors in the tenant.  In order to see data, choose the Stor from the list. It will only display data based on permissions the user has access to.   

The 'Shared With Me' section under 'Shared' displays any content that another user has shared with you.

Sharing 

To perform sharing, your account must be authorized.

Items and folders can be shared with internal and external users.

Background Export

To use the Background Export feature for bulk download of folders, your account must be authorized.
