Before running the export, it is important to note the following.  There could be data in HubStor that no longer resides in the mailbox.  This includes folders and messages.  Exporting this data will result in these folders/messages being put back into the mailbox.  If this is not desired, select the 'Advanced settings' and enable the option 'Suppress 'Removed From Source' Content'.

Run the Export

  1. Select the 'Restore Type' as 'Original Item.'
  2. Select the 'Admin Export Mode':
    1. All - Exports/recovers the latest version for all items.
    2. All (Point-In-Time) - Provide a date and time. Exports/recovers the most recent item versions prior to the selected point-in-time.
Note: Point-in-time recovery is handy for recovering from ransomware attacks.
    3. Specific Range - Provide either a Range Start or Range End or both. Exports/recovers only those items for which there exists a version between the selected start and end dates. The item version dates are based on when it was added to HubStor. Only item versions with dates between the range start and end are included in the scope (their latest version from within range start and end will be restored).
  3. As the export runs, you will be able to see its progress.
  1. When the export completes, you can go back and run another export by clicking the 'Run Another Export' button.

Access the Export
