How to Retrieve Content from the End User Portal
Within the End User Portal, data is easily retrieved just by clicking the item name, which is hyperlinked to instantly download the item.
After finding the item, they can be downloaded in one of three ways. Clicking on the file, clicking the download button to the right of the file, or clicking the download button at the top of the page.
Download Older Item Versions:
Some items may have multiple versions. In HubStor, all versions are stored and can easily be downloaded.
To do this, simply select the item to load its details (click anywhere in the row other than the item name).
Click on the blue i icon
on the far right corner of the window. It will open the details for this specific item.
Under the 'Version History' section, click the drop-down and choose a version of the item to be downloaded.
Next, click the 'Download' button at the top right corner.
